The Role
As Birdman's Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the Total Quality Management (TQM) system, overseeing both Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) throughout the entire product lifecycle—from development to manufacturing. You will also manage regulatory affairs, ensuring the successful implementation,



renewal, and maintenance of critical certifications such as USDA Organic, FSSC22000, Kosher, and others, and lead the Analytical Development Function, managing laboratory operations for accurate testing methods, raw material and product validation.
