Quality Supervisor
What you’ll do:
- Single point of contact with customer to reach customer excellence.
- Analyze product non-conformity reported by customer or cross dock to contain and solve them.
- Monitor and track external PPM to generate continuous improvement actions and support lessons learned system.
- Problem solving: PPAP approval, NCEs, PPMs reduction, customer satisfaction, Cumplimiento del SQDCM.

What is required:
- Engineering / Professional carrier (Quality Engineer).
- Quality basic tool knowledge: Process Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, Process Flow Diagram, problem solving tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, PDCA, Six Sigma, SPC, Minitab. Problem solving, SPC or quality tool desirable.
