Based in San Antonio, Texas, VND (www.vndx.com) has been a leader in web/app development, IT solutions, and server hosting since 2002. We are seeking a remote sales agent to join our hybrid team. If you have the drive and vision to shape the future, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities
- Prospect and find leads through cold calls, emails, and networking (targeting the United States market; pitches in English).
- Educate before the pitch; focus on empowering the customer rather than just selling.
- Collaborate with marketing on sales strategies.
- Research market trends and competitors to identify key targets and opportunities.
- Negotiate, close deals, and ensure every client feels valued.
- Manage CRM to track daily wins and customer interactions.
- Prospecting tools: Apollo.io for lead hunting; email marketing via Instanly.ai.
- Communicate the value of IT solutions and software development to prospects.




- Maintain relationships with clients and stay updated on industry shifts to adapt sales strategies.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in tech sales with a proven track record.
- Knowledge of tools such as Instanly.ai for email marketing and Apollo.io for lead hunting.
- Some college experience; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Fluent English; all sales efforts will be conducted in English.
- Full-time commitment: M-F, 8am-5pm CST; remote work is permitted.
