The Procurement Manager for Logistics & Distribution will lead the effort of implementing and managing the procurement strategy for the Region in alignment with the Global Procurement Strategy. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute category strategies to maximize value for the business. This includes developing long-term strategies, leading sourcing events, negotiating contract terms; leading supplier performance management; and identifying continuous improvement and cost savings opportunities. Your goal is to become a trusted business partner who creates competitive advantage through strategy development, operational excellence, and driving improvements in total cost of ownership, service, quality, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in the transportation (road, rail, ocean) warehousing, contract manufacturing, and 4PL markets, suppliers, and cost drivers to manage financial risk,



ensure quality and service, and drive sustainability objectives.
- Utilize strategic sourcing methodology to develop category strategies, source, negotiate contracts and manage suppliers to deliver total cost of ownership (TCO) models, ensure speed to market, value creation and risk mitigation.
- Responsible for savings, cash, supply security, and sustainability. Responsible for reporting and maintaining the information integrity with regards to General Direct Savings Program tracker.
- Support of Global Category Leads and / or Regional Leads on RFP building, data analysis, market analysis, spend analysis, and global vendor consolidation in connection with business needs.
- Work closely with LAC Supply Chain, Global Logistics Procurement, Procurement Finance, Legal Team and Suppliers to identify cost reduction programs.
