We are growing and looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join our team in Mexico City with a **focus on design and delivery of CRM campaigns** for our clients including delivery of our customer lifecycle planning products.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with our creative team to design and create world class CRM campaigns.




- Work with the analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure campaign success.
- Analyse campaign results and reporting campaign performance, summarising key insights, and offering recommendations.
**Qualifications**
- 3-4 years of experience in CRM with working knowledge of sophisticated marketing automation solutions (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Bloomreach, Braze, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience in Marketing Automation and CRM campaign strategies and best practices
- Working knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- ** Advanced English**
