**LABS Trainee Mexico**
**Aufgaben**
We're looking for curious, motivated students ready to kick off their career in logistics through LABS - Leschaco Americas Business School, a reigonal trainee program designed to develop the next generation of freight forwarding professionals.
**What we're looking for**:
- Students in International Trade, International Business, International Relations or related fields.
- Genuine interest in logistics and general operations.
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to work in multicultural environments.
- High level of Spanish and intermediate to advanced English.
- Availability for 20 hours per week and flexibility to rotate across teams and functions.
**Profil**
**What you'll do**:
- Experience rotations across all areas of the company - from operations and customer service, to pricing,



customs, sales, finance, and more.
- Receive hands-on training in freight forwarding with guidance from experienced professionals.
- Contribute with fresh ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives.
This regional program is designed to provide a 360° understanding of the logistics world and help shape the future leaders of our industry.
