- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of institutional clients, delivering a premium service experience and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and complex product issues.
- Develop deep expertise in MSCI's Private Assets and Total Portfolio solutions, understanding how our products integrate into clients' investment processes and decision‑making workflows.
- Build trusted partnerships with clients by proactively sharing product enhancements, industry insights, and best practices that help them maximize the value of MSCI's solutions.
