Role
Manages the day-to‑day operations of all shifts of one or more manufacturing production lines.

What You’ll Do
- Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; managing, motivating, and developing management team.
- Overseeing operations activities, ensuring safety, schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources are used effectively.
- Evaluates projects to define desired outcomes, methods, and requirements (costs, personnel use, equipment, space, etc.).




- Monitoring overall operations performance and implementing production safety, cost, and quality control mechanisms.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory guidelines and fosters a safe and sound manufacturing environment.

Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Intermediate English

Production Training
- CNC Plasma Cutting. Knowledge of torch adjustment, speed, and height (THC), as well as managing thermal distortion and burr, and understanding electrode and nozzle consumption and lifespan.
- Oxyfuel Cutting. Knowledge of correct nozzle selection based on thickness, gas/oxygen mixtures (acetylene, propane, natural gas), clean starts, and slag control.
- Blueprint Reading and Nesting. Interpretation of tolerances, material optimization (yield), and techniques for maximizing steel plate utilization density in nesting layouts.
