The Work You'll Do:As a Sales Director at Sovos, you will lead a regional sales team and drive new business growth while expanding offerings within existing accounts. You'll develop and execute a territory business plan, build strategic relationships, and guide your team to deliver high-impact solutions to clients navigating complex compliance challenges.
More specifically, you will:
- Consistently exceed sales quota through the acquisition of new named accounts and expansion of offerings within existing clients.
- Develop and sustain a business plan to gain access and exceed quota within your assigned territory.
- Maintain deep knowledge of compliance issues unique to the industry and challenge the status quo to help clients achieve a greater balance between process cost and tax risk.
- Build relationships with Sovos colleagues across channels to leverage access and influence in
