Full-Stack Software Engineer
Join Harmony as a deployed full‑stack engineer for manufacturing customers in Mexico. Your first deployment will be in Torreón, where you will work on‑site with operators and plant stakeholders. After that, you may support additional customers in Torreón or other manufacturing regions across Mexico.

Location — In‑person deployment role; first assignment in Torreón, Mexico; future assignments may be elsewhere in Mexico.

Mission — We help factories eliminate paper, manual data entry, and disconnected systems, replacing them with intelligent workflows that learn directly from the floor. Our software connects machines, ERPs, and people in real time, turning tribal knowledge, production, and quality data into systems that run smoother, faster, and smarter.

About the role
You will relocate for deployments and work in person with operators and customer stakeholders to scope workflows, rapidly prototype, and ship production‑grade software for real manufacturing environments. In parallel, you will build reusable tooling and abstractions (SDKs, templates,



adapters, CLIs, golden paths) that make future customer deliveries faster, safer, and more consistent.

Success is measured by customer outcomes (time‑to‑value, adoption, reliability) and platform leverage (reusable modules merged upstream).

Responsibilities
- Embed with operators and stakeholders to map workflows, define success criteria, and iterate from prototype to production directly on customer infrastructure.
- Build across the stack with Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, and containerized services (Docker/K8s) using Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Own the full life cycle: scoping, prototyping, hardening, deployment, documentation, enablement, and knowledge transfer.
- Operate and improve: instrument services, set SLAs and evaluations, optimize latency and reliability, and debug complex enterprise setups.
