Position Summary
As the Specialist, Practice Marketing, you’ll join an international, high‑energy marketing team where collaboration and innovation thrive. This is a hands‑on role at the forefront of driving Bain’s brand and reputation. You’ll collaborate with a variety of teams, including editorial, brand, SEO, paid media, email, PR and events to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities




- Execute marketing strategies that increase awareness and credibility for Bain and our core solutions, in support of commercial objectives
- Develop an understanding of target audiences and key clients; find new and innovative ways to reach them e.g., through events, targeted advertising, speaking opportunities, influencer collaborations.
- Use data to develop performance insights; proactively monitor and analyze to make sure activities reach key client decision makers. Make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends as well as marketing trends, in order to inform decision‑making.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform the development and positioning of our expertise, as well as overall marketing approach.
- Become a regular user of Bain’s CRM system, understanding the core functionality and the insight it provides into target audiences.
