Your New RoleThe Supplier Master Data Analyst is responsible for the creation, maintenance, governance, and quality of supplier master data across enterprise systems. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance to support efficient Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, financial reporting, and risk management.



The analyst collaborates with cross‑functional teams to support supplier onboarding, data changes, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Master Data Management Create, update, and maintain supplier master data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems. Perform data validation, cleansing, and periodic reviews to maintain high‑quality standards.
Governance & Compliance Enforce data governance policies, validation rules, and approval workflows. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements (SOX), and regulatory standards. Prevent duplicate records, fraud risks, and data integrity issues.
Supplier Onboarding & Maintenance Manage end‑to‑end supplier onboarding process, including documentation validation. Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Tax, and Compliance teams to resolve data issues. Maintain supplier hierarchies, at
