About the role
As a Staff Engineer – LabVIEW & Test Automation you will support sites utilizing custom LabVIEW‑based applications, instrumentation, and DAQ hardware, while partnering with IT to resolve technical issues.



This role will also contribute to initiatives standardizing LabVIEW usage across sites and advancing data acquisition alignment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on LabVIEW, hardware, and test automation best practices.
- Support and contribute to LabVIEW development projects from concept through deployment.
- Gather and define requirements for new development efforts.
- Act as a subject matter expert for laboratory systems and data management.
- Coordinate and track internal and external resources throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support site‑level troubleshooting of LabVIEW applications, instrumentation, and DAQ systems.
- Partner with IT to resolve system integration and infrastructure issues.
- Travel up to 15% (North America, Europe, and Asia).
