A leading integral manufacturing company is looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure compliance with international quality standards and customer requirements. This position will play a key role in problem-solving, product validation, and continuous improvement, supporting operations to achieve excellence in quality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within automotive or advanced manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, and Core Tools (SPC, MSA, 8D, 5Why).
- Knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Experience with measurement equipment (CMM, vision systems, gauges).
- Audit experience (internal and customer).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, DOE).
- Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading, customer communication).





Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Support APQP activities and documentation for new product launches.
- Conduct PPAP submissions and maintain accurate control plans.
- Perform PFMEA reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and analyze SPC and MSA data, ensuring system reliability.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving tools.
- Coordinate product and process audits (internal and external).
- Generate technical quality reports for management and customers.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
- Train operators and engineers on quality standards and tools.
