Main Activities
- Review the operational forecast and determine productivity requirements for the sort operation, managing a team group to meet all building’s goals.
- Support all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and Delivery Service Providers.
- Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the delivery station, overseeing operations that focus on the delivery of Amazon orders directly to customers.



Lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers in daily management, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, and communicating with DSPs, management representatives, and their drivers.

Ensure a safe workplace, properly trained people, and address their needs so they can focus on their jobs. Lead change at internet speed; innovation is essential for our integral success.

Daily operational tasks include receiving, scanning, lifting, and moving shipments up to 25 kg, routing shipments within the AMZL coverage area, supporting and assigning job duties to process assistants, adapting to sudden changes, tracking and monitoring sorting operation and drivers’ dispatch.
