Querétaro, Mexico
Watlow is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager who will be responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable function across the Americas, with enterprise-wide ownership of credit and collections policies, processes, and performance. The position will oversee a centralized team, partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and regional leaders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cash flow, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader with deep credit and collections expertise, strong people leadership skills,



and the ability to influence across a complex, multi-site organization.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Leadership: Lead the Accounts Receivable function across the Americas, driving operational strategy, priorities, and performance to support business growth and financial objectives.
Credit & Collections Expertise: Oversee enterprise-wide credit policies, customer creditworthiness decisions, and collections strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce risk.
Process Improvement: Identify trends, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to continuously improve AR processes, controls, and service delivery.
Cash Flow Impact: Partner closely with Treasury to deliver accurate cash forecasts, trend analysis, and insights that support enterprise liquidity planning.
