Your Tasks

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational, administrative, professional, and leadership positions within the Service Center.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidates against technical qualifications, competencies, and organizational culture fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Present qualified candidate shortlists and hiring recommendations to managers.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide timely communication regarding application status and next steps.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and university recruitment activities.

Your Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.




- Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting professional and specialized talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
- Advanced English proficiency
