- Excellent organizational, analytical.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and 8D problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.

Your Role & Responsibilities





- Failure analysis of main automotive assembly of primary customers dealing with 0km and warranty.
- Provide Technical Support to the different departments regarding quality system.
- Coordination of problem-solving activities / 8D Report.
- FTTQ Action Plan Top 3 contributors / Monthly reporting.
- Scrap Action Plan for top 3 contributors / Monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supplier to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate continuous improvement activities focused on reducing waste, rework, and process variation.
