Where You'll Make a Difference
Lead and supervise warehouse operations related to the storage and handling of citrus peel used as raw material for the pectin manufacturing process
Manage finished goods inventories located both on-site and in external warehouses supporting the Tecomán Plant
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control processes
Maintain product traceability and compliance with inventory management standards and operational requirements
Ensure raw material availability to support production requirements and operational continuity
Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities to support plant operations and customer requirements
Optimize warehouse utilization, material flow, storage conditions, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, food safety requirements, and material handling procedures
Monitor warehouse performance indicators and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service levels
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Logistics,



Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain functions within a manufacturing environment
Proven leadership experience supervising warehouse personnel and driving operational performance
Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, material traceability, and warehouse management processes
Experience managing raw materials and finished goods inventories in industrial operations
Understanding of warehouse safety, quality, and food safety requirements
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; SAP experience is preferred
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience within food ingredients, pectin manufacturing, agricultural processing, or food manufacturing environments
Experience managing external warehouse operations and third‐party logistics providers
Proven ability to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational performance
