Objective:
The Senior Engineering Assistant will support the design and manufacturing process teams by providing technical assistance, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between departments. This role will require an in-depth understanding of engineering processes, design standards, and metalworking techniques to help improve design accuracy, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and modifying designs and technical drawings.

Maintain and organize technical documentation and project files.

Help identify areas for process improvement and support efforts to enhance efficiency.

Provide technical support during production to ensure proper implementation of designs.

Collaborate with design, production,



and quality teams to address issues and ensure successful project outcomes.

Assist in the preparation of prototypes and participate in testing and validation.

Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in processes and workflows.

Requirements:

Technical degree or relevant experience in engineering or a related field.

Experience in a similar role within the metal-mechanical industry

Experience in SolidWorks and basic manufacturing processes.

Advanced level of English

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple tasks.
