What You'll Be Doing

Responsabilidades Principales

Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias del proceso de extrusión.
Garantizar el cumplimiento del programa de producción en tiempo y forma.
Administrar y desarrollar al personal operativo mediante capacitación, retroalimentación y seguimiento al desempeño.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI's) y establecer acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, materiales y equipos.
Coordinar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para minimizar tiempos muertos.
Investigar y resolver problemas relacionados con el proceso de extrusión.
Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
Mantener una comunicación efectiva con las áreas de Calidad, Ingeniería, Mantenimiento, Planeación y Producción.

What We're Looking For

Escolaridad

- Carrera Tecnica y/o cualificado Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Manufactura o carrera afín.

Título profesional preferente.
Experiencia




Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en procesos de extrusión dentro de la industria manufacturera.
Experiencia previa liderando equipos de producción.
Inglés intermedio (deseable).
Conocimientos Técnicos
Procesos de extrusión de plástico, polímeros o materiales similares.
Ajuste y configuración de parámetros de proceso.
Lean Manufacturing.
Análisis y solución de problemas. * Disponibilidad para rotar turnos

- Trabajo en equipo
- Conocimientos de equipo de medición
- Inspeccion Visual para validaciones de primera pieza
- Manejo de office
