It supports commercial teams through training, troubleshooting, and technical demonstrations, contributing to innovation and customer satisfaction.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform internal product tests and report results to customers and commercial teamsExecute Technical Service Requests (TSRs) and deliver data‐driven conclusionsSupport key accounts through training, application startup, and troubleshootingDesign and implement advanced experimental methodologiesMentor junior and mid‐level techniciansAssist sales and QC teams with customer complaint investigationsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams on research initiativesAnalyze and interpret data for technical reports and presentationsConduct successful lab trials and product demonstrationsPartner in account planning and value selling strategiesMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma, Associate/Technical degree, or bachelor's degree in chemistry,
Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.Ability to become an expert in customer applications and internal technical serviceProficiency in electronic tools (e.G., SFDC, HBF tools)Strong verbal and written communication skillsTeam‐oriented, organized, and adaptableProficient in English (verbal and written)Preferred RequirementsBachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field1+ year of experience with adhesives, applications, machinery, or substratesExperience in customer‐facing technical rolesUnderstanding of value selling techniquesSalesforce.Com experienceLeadership potential and interest in increased responsibilityH.B.
