The resource will be responsible for the installation, configuration, performance, security, and stability of SAP systems including S/4HANA, NetWeaver, and SAP HANA, BTP ensuring business-critical applications run reliably and securely.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems including S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver (ABAP/Java), and SAP HANA.Perform system copies, refreshes, client copies, and homogeneous/heterogeneous migrations.Manage kernel upgrades, Support Package Stacks, SAP Notes, and add-on installations using SUM, SWPM, and SPAM/SAINT.Administer the Transport Management System (TMS), CTS/CTS+, and change/transport workflows.Monitor system health, performance, workload, and batch jobs; perform tuning and root-cause analysis.Manage user administration, roles, and authorizations with the security/GRC team.Configure and maintain high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR),



and backup/restore strategies.Administer SAP HANA tasks: backups, recovery, system replication, scale-out, and performance optimization.Support OS/DB administration (Linux/Windows; HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase ASE) with infrastructure teams.Maintain documentation and runbooks; participate in incident, problem, and change management (ITIL) and on-call rotations.Other skillsOwn end-to-end SAP BASIS service delivery across production and non-production landscapesEnsure high availability, performance, and SLA compliance for mission-critical SAP systems.Manage 24x7 operations, incident management (P1/P2), and root cause analysis processesArchitecture & Technical GovernanceDefine and govern SAP architecture including S/4HANA, BTP, cloud (RISE/ECS), and hybrid environments.Lead system upgrades, migrations, and transformation programs (e.G., ECC S/4HANA)Oversee performance tuning, capacity planning, and DR strategiesSAP BTP & Cloud IntegrationDrive adoption and administration of SAP BTP services, Cloud Connector, and integration frameworks.Collaborate with development teams on BTP extensions and platform strategyWhat do we offer?
