You will ship AI agents for recruiting, employee services, and HR operations, collaborating with HR SMEs and the central AI platform to bootstrap, test, and productionize solutions.
You will stand up MCP servers, integrate with JLL's AI platform, and hand off mature systems to platform and operations as needed.
