Implement investment and continuous improvement projects for the production processes, as well as analyze and standardize the plant indicators using engineering and problem-solving tools to ensure a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Role Responsibilities:
- Implement Investment Projects (Capex), evaluating, documenting, and managing resources for the successful installation of new productive lines and equipment.
- Identify and solve problems, using root cause analysis tools to make the production processes more reliable.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate the engineering changes (CQP) to production lines and ensure proper documentation.




- Support the establishment of standards to meet Donaldson requirements in terms of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.
Travel: Up to 10% (If Applicable)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project or Process Engineer.
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, PMI (project management institute) or similar.
- Background in 6 Sigma/Lean Manufacturing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive or metal working industry.
- Core Tools.
- Minitab.
- Autocad / Solidworks.
- MSOffice.
