- Design promotional campaigns aimed at increasing traffic, average ticket size, and customer frequency.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget.
- Analyze business performance, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
- Lead pricing, promotional, and market analysis initiatives.
- Manage external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Coordinate campaign execution across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement digital marketing and performance strategies.
- Prepare executive reports and business recommendations based on data analysis.
- Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.Perfil buscadoRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience within Fast Food, Restaurants, Food & Beverage, Retail, or other high-volume consumer-facing industries.




- Proven experience leading marketing strategies for multi-unit operations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, profitability analysis, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM platforms, and paid media channels.
- Advanced English proficiency.
