Job description:About the Position:We are looking for a SQA Engineer Specialist to join the Quality - GT Toluca team, reporting directly to the SQA Supervisor.This position is based at our office in Toluca Plant.As the SQA Engineer Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible develop advanced product quality planning to ensure compliance with both internal and external quality control standards and regulations, as well as specific customer requirements.Follow up on corrective actions for process defects and customer complaints.Your Responsibilities will be:1 Analyze supplier performance data.2
Identify key supplier risks.3
Coordinate analyses with suppliers on quality issues to determine action plans aimed at improving the supplier's process.4
Maintain direct contact with suppliers regarding quality-related issues.5
Responsible for supplier quality and compliance.6
Understand specific customer requirements, ISO ****, IATF, etc.7
Understand the environmental objectives, environmental policy, scope, and environmental aspects8 Identify unsafe acts, conditions, and/or any impact on the environment9 Shut down any equipment and/or process that poses an unsafe condition and/or a negative environmental impactWhat Qualifications you will bring:EDUCATION LEVEL:Industrial Engineering with a focus on production, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.LANGUAGE:English, B2 level.EXPERIENCE:3 years in the automotive industry.3 years in a similar position.2 years in customer service.EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTING FOR EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS3 years in a similar position in the automotive industry.Other skills that we would welcome:Management of IATF ******) and ISO ****** and *****) systems.Interpretation of plans, calibration, interpretation of specifications,Core Tools (AMEF, Control Plan, PPAP, CEP,
APQP).
