**Requirements**:
Advanced English (conversational
- written and spoken)
Excel skills
Experience with carriers
Communication skills
Bachelor's degree
**Responsibilities**:
Attracting new carriers
Set up carriers in system
Quoting carriers and rate negotiation
Follow up with customer/carrier, making sure they have all requirements
Tracking loads, making sure they're on time for pick up/delivery
Search and attract new customers
We offer:
Base salary $18,000 MXN
Incentive plan - individual, team, customer, and load entering.
Schedule: 7am - 5pm Monday through Friday
1 lunch hour
