**Role Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**AI/ML Research & Development**
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for internal document processing.
- Develop Python libraries leveraging AWS services to enable enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.
- Implement neural network architectures inspired by newly published research papers.
- Explore fine-tuned models, vector databases, and embeddings to enhance AI capabilities.
**Tooling & Open Source**
- Contribute to open-source projects by developing tools and libraries for the AI/ML community.
- Design and implement automated methods to mitigate neural network training issues (e.g., overfitting, vanishing gradients).
- Create visualizations to gain insights into neural network behavior and learning processes.
**Infrastructure Development**
- Develop realistic simulations to improve training methods for AI agents.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Python programming with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.




- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and engineering mathematics.
- Familiarity with PyTorch and training deep neural networks (preferred but not required).
- Passion for engineering best practices and producing high-quality code.
- Self-directed, independent, and capable of driving projects to completion.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
