**Job Description Summary**
At a senior level, manages the financial record keeping, reporting, tax filing, and other accounting functions for the organization.Ensuring the accounting policies and practices of the organization are followed; working closely with internal auditors, public accountants, federal tax examiners, and other financial professionals; ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization.Overseeing and evaluating the activities of the accounting staff, and providing for their professional development; analyzing and solving accounting problems.Preparing or leading preparation of reports that summarize and forecast business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present, and expected operations.Producing accurate and timely financial reports, for internal and external use,



in accordance with GAAP and in compliance with section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

**Required Skills and Education**
- Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública o a fin.
- Experiência 5 años desarrollando el puesto o en una posición similar en la Industria automotriz.
- Ingles Avanzado.
- Experiência en manejo de sistemas como: Oracle, Excel
- Experiência en administración de personal.
- Experiência en administración de registros financieros, informes, presentación de impuestos y con el trabajo con auditores internos, contadores públicos, fiscales federales y otros profesionales financieros.
- Experiência en la preparación de informes que resumen y pronostican la actividad comercial y la posición financiera en áreas de ingresos, gastos y ganancias, sobre la base de operaciones pasadas, presentes y esperadas.
