We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Mexico City.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across business functions.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups.Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support employer branding initiatives and promote a positive candidate experience.Track recruitment metrics (e.G., time-to-hire,
