About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior RF Optimization Engineer to join our LATAM team, based out of Sao Paulo, Campinas, or Rio de Janeiro, Brazil or Bogotá, Colombia.
This role will lead RF planning, optimization, troubleshooting, and network performance improvement across GSM, LTE, and 5G environments while working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver strong technical outcomes across complex deployment programs.What You Will DoLead RF planning, optimization, and performance improvement across GSM, LTE, and 5G networks in LATAM.Own analysis and improvement of network KPIs including accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput, and capacity utilization.Support RAN modernization, swap, and transformation projects across planning, integration, optimization, and acceptance phases.Conduct troubleshooting using network statistics, drive-test data, and signaling analysis to identify root causes and implement solutions.Partner with customers and internal teams to align priorities, communicate risks, and ensure strong delivery outcomes.Present technical findings, recommendations, and progress updates clearly to customer and internal stakeholders.Contribute to technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices as the organization scales.Travel RequirementExpected to travel *****% of the time, depending on project phases and customer requirements.What You Will BringBachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.***** years of experience in wireless telecommunications and radio network engineering.Strong hands‐on experience in GSM, LTE, and 5G network optimization,
