Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated people‐person to join our Americas team to oversee the provision of high‐quality day‐to‐day operations of the Executive Assistant team.
This will include overall responsibility for approx.
20 direct reports who work as Executive Assistants supporting the Partner team.

THERE IS NO OPTION TO BE FULLY REMOTE.Key TasksManagementIndependent management of team day‐to‐day operationsHelp with creating positive and collaborative team dynamicsBe the team's first point of contact for conflict resolutionCollaborate with Regional EA Manager and local office leadership on process enhancements to improve efficiencies and capacity managementWork on internal communications for the team ensuring relevant information is communicated to the team appropriatelyLeads team meetings with a strategic agenda including sharing relevant business updatesCommunicates issues and team needs to regional/local office leadership and EA managementRegular touchpoints with internal clients, EA management and other stakeholdersOccasional involvement in special projects for EA DepartmentWorkflow OversightApprove holiday, "work from home" requests (and timesheets where required)Track attendance, punctuality, vacation, "work from home", timesheets and overtime (where required)PerformanceIdentify skills/learning gaps for team and suggest training contentAssist team with setting individual performance goalsWork with COO, HC and EA management to calibrate performance ratings and compensation for teamWrites and delivers performance reviewsSolicit feedback to ensure service levels are metProvides coaching to help team achieve goals,
develop skills or improve performanceProvide timely, specific feedback on a regular basisManages performance issues including conducting and enforcing disciplinary processes in conjunction with HCRecruitingAssist with all aspects of recruiting (screening potential candidates, first interviews, scheduling partners to interview candidates if needed and make offer recommendations)Onboards and integrates new hiresTrainingCoordinate training schedule of new team membersDevelops and delivers training contentProvide feedback to Training Network on training materialsExperience RequiredAt least five years' experience working in an administrative management position.
Experience in management consultancy or similar professional services industry would also be an advantageAt some point in career candidate will have worked as an executive assistantStrong personnel manager capable of recruiting, training, coaching and motivating talentProblem solver – able to work with other teams and staff members effectively to reach a viable solution and goalAbility to think strategically and contribute to development of departmental modelAbility to undertake projects and produce quality and timely resultsSelf‐starter, strong initiative, confidence and ability to work with little guidanceStrong customer service orientationExcellent communicator and negotiator – able to deal effectively with people at all levelsPossesses maturity, poise and judgmentDisplays a positive attitude, sense of fun:
