We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic **HR Manager** to lead our Human Resources function within the automotive sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.
**Role Overview**
As the HR Manager, you will oversee and guide the Human Resources function for our site in Yucatán.
You will play a key role in shaping the HR strategy, aligning it with business goals, and ensuring compliance with general and local standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the HR Business Partner unit in alignment with defined objectives and KPIs.
- Design and implement HR initiatives to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Oversee standards, governance, and processes in the HR area of responsibility.
- Define and manage budgets for HR-related activities and projects.
- Drive improvements in team performance, organizational flexibility,
diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and individual growth.
- Act as the functional leader for HR commercial partners at the site/country level.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and local labor laws while maintaining alignment with global HR strategies.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Mexican labor laws and global HR standards.
