Reporting to the Client Partner, as an Account Executive you'll support customer relationship management, help manage a client portfolio, ensuring you understand your clients goals.
You will be experienced in sales and customer service.
You will be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results driven approach.
**Responsibilities**:
- Elaboration of weekly monitoring reports with results vs. plan
- Quality controls with listening in Customer Service especially focused on commercial attention
- Prepare monthly reports




- Support the efficient running of your assigned client accounts
- Understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish product/solutions provided with the client
- Confidently liaise with other capabilities or teams to complete tasks (eg. a product, project management, billing)
- Understanding of Jellyfish's value proposition
- Understand the Everyday Fundamental Tools for Client Management
**Qualifications**
- Client-facing skills, team worker, and communicative person
- 1 year of experience in a sales/customer service role
- General knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, GMP, Analytics value and operation
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects and converse with confidence, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and ability to connect to Jellyfish culture
- A passion for digital and stay up to date with industry trends new skills
- Experience following a clear process for outreach using different methods
