**Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance on CNC machine troubleshooting, repair, and programming issues.
- **Maintenance Strategy**: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for CNC equipment to ensure consistent machine performance and longevity.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**: Oversee diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and programming issues on CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders).
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze machine downtime, maintenance costs, and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage spare parts and tool inventory for CNC machinery, ensuring timely availability of critical components.
- **Compliance**:



Ensure maintenance practices comply with safety standards and operational protocols.
THIS IS A TEMPORAL POSITION (3 to 6 months project)
**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
**Experience**: 10+ years in CNC maintenance, including 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
**Skills**: Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, programming (G-code, M-code), and troubleshooting.
Leadership and team management abilities.
