Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex, large-scale projects simultaneously across company-wide, cross-functional, and strategic initiatives.
Oversee one or more project portfolios by prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and driving work to support business objectives and improve efficiency.
Lead project teams through effective planning, coordination, and execution to deliver quality results within established timelines.
Define project tasks, document requirements and status updates, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with customers, sellers, and internal teams to support successful project delivery and a positive customer experience.
Identify resources and priorities for strategic accounts, engage directly with customers, and coordinate with multiple departments during implementation.
Resolve issues proactively, manage escalations independently, and maintain detailed documentation to prevent risks and ensure smooth execution.
Analyze account and project data, and prepare reports and dashboards to track performance, ensure data quality,



and support management review.
Requirements
Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated project management skills, with experience managing complex business projects.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and motivate team members.
Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, and basic formulas for data analysis.
Skilled in planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure effective execution.
Experience in planning, implementing, and managing change initiatives.
Fully bilingual: must speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English.
