The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation to effectively support the department's goals.How You'll Make An ImpactManages cash allocation and collects assigned AR portfolio across multiple business units.Complete routine collection calls to determine payment status of accounts, ensuringtimely payment of receivables and resolution of customer issues preventing payment.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners and customers in order to deliver best total customer experience.Escalate issues to appropriate internal management level (Sales, Finance, Project Manager, Order Entry).
