We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Senior Manager to lead the HR strategy across multiple manufacturing operations. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong business partner with extensive experience in labor relations, union negotiations, and multi-site HR management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Human Resources function across three or more locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop and execute HR strategies that support talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and retention.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and people strategy.

Lead collective bargaining negotiations and maintain effective relationships with multiple labor unions.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and corporate governance standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational transformation across all assigned sites.





Foster a high-performance culture while promoting employee engagement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

Proven experience as a HR Country Manager or in a comparable senior HR leadership role.

Demonstrated success managing HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites.

Extensive experience in labor relations and negotiating collective bargaining agreements with multiple unions.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Advanced English proficiency.

Willingness to travel as required.
