The Quality Documentation Technician is responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling engineering documentation within the Intelex system. This role ensures that all documents are accurate, up to date, compliant with internal quality standards, and easily accessible to engineering teams and stakeholders

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage the lifecycle of engineering documents within Intelex, including creation, revision, approval, distribution, and archiving.

2. Collaborate with engineering, laboratory, and quality stakeholders to review, update, and improve documentation.

3. Collect, track, and report SQCDM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale) metrics from multiple laboratories.

4. Support the development and maintenance of metrics dashboards and reporting tools.

5. Support document control practices in accordance with company quality management systems (ISO 17025).

Requirements:

1. 1+ year of experience in similar roles

2. Associate's Degree in Quality, Engineering Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

3. Fluency in English and Spanish is required and excellent communications skills.
