Responsibilities
Supervise the loading and off-loading of aircraft in a safe and efficient manner
Control and utilize manpower through planning and organizing
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Establish relationships with local airport officials
Supervise flight delays and cancellations and communicate with Flight Operations
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in ramp operations management
Strong knowledge of aircraft loading/off-loading procedures
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proficiency in weight and balance calculations
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
