CommScope is hiring a **Continuous Process Engineer II** for our Manufacturing Site to be based out of Juarez, Mexico.
**How You'll Help us Connect the World**:
The CPI Engineer II implements and trains personnel in Lean Mfg tools: Diagnostic Mapping, 5S Visual Workplace, CommScope Process Management (CPM), Voice of the Customer (VOC), Std.
Work (SW), Cell Design, 8D's, Mistake Proofing, Six Sigma, Set-up Reduction, Kanban systems, Layered Process Audits, TPM, Fast Response, Production Preparation Process (3P).
Serves as facilitator during kaizen events developments, providing training to Kaizen leaders and team members.
Works together with VSM leader to identify improvement projects, reduce variation and helps reduce the 8 deadly wastes of a process.

**Required Qualifications for Consideration**:




- Bachelor's Degree in related area and 3 or more years of experience in a similar position with an emphasis on Continuous Process Improvement/Lean Manufacturing processes
- Master's Degree **Preferred**.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Certification on Six Sigma Green Belt (**Preferred**).
- Sophisticated excel skills (such as macros development).
- Minitab and VSM proficiency.
- Ability to regularly contact, influence and negotiate with internal and external individuals on sophisticated issues.
- Able to respond to inquiries and complaints with tact and diplomacy.
