Process Engineer
Location: México Cd.

Your tasks
Participate in and coordinate new business launches and model changes
Participate in and coordinate engineering changes on the production floor
Develop, update, and control work methods and visual aids
Provide maintenance and support to existing production areas
Design layouts and workstations
Support and follow up on checklists for analysis and release of machinery and equipment
Conduct time studies for new, changed, or existing processes for validation
Follow up on required activities to address customer complaints
Implement, maintain, and monitor material supply routes for new and existing businesses
Actively participate in continuous improvement activities (5S, Gemba walks, material supply routes, etc.) and promote them
Develop, maintain, and follow up on flow diagrams and FMEAs




Build prototypes and perform manufacturability analysis
Provide information and support for building prior models (Services)
Ensure environmental compliance of contracted suppliers
Qualifications
Experience in blueprint interpretation
Ergonomics
Knowledge of battery cable manufacturing processes
Operation of Dynalab electrical testers
Launch and coordination of new products (projects) and engineering changes
Poka-yoke design
Experience in preparing FMEAs and flow diagrams
