About the role
As a Consulting Manager, OCM Senior Training Developer, you will make an impact by leading learning and adoption strategies that help clients successfully navigate complex business and technology transformations. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management Consulting team and work collaboratively with change management leaders, client stakeholders, communications teams, and cross-functional project teams to drive organizational readiness and business adoption.
In this role, you will:
Lead the design and delivery of enterprise training strategies, learning curricula, training roadmaps, and adoption programs that support large-scale business and technology transformations.
Partner with client stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify capability gaps, define learning approaches, and support successful change adoption.
Develop and manage communications and training deliverables, including stakeholder communications, learning content, knowledge transfer materials, and adoption metrics.
Facilitate leadership sessions, stakeholder meetings, and workshops while monitoring project risks, issues, and readiness activities.
Mentor consultants, contribute to proposal development, support business development activities, and participate in practice-building initiatives.

What you need to have to be considered
6–8+ years of management consulting experience, including at least 2 years of digital technology consulting or team leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience designing end-to-end learning strategies, training curricula, training outlines, and high-quality learning deliverables.
Strong understanding of organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and adoption methodologies.
Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver successful transformation outcomes.
Experience leading technical and non-technical initiatives within large, cross-functional, and global teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
These will help you stand out
Experience building technical training programs for AI adoption, digital transformation, or other complex technology implementations.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies; gamification experience is a plus.
Relevant industry, domain, or product certifications in Banking, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Communications, Media & Technology, Enterprise Process, or Technology Modernization.
Experience using quality management frameworks and methodologies such as Six Sigma.
MBA, PGDM, or other advanced degree.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop consulting talent while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
