Engineering Manager

Location: Parque Polígono Empresarial, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering operations within an international manufacturing company. We are seeking a professional with strong experience in team leadership, continuous improvement, and project management, capable of driving operational efficiency and supporting the growth of the Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Engineering team.

- Define and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes.

- Manage engineering projects, departmental budgets, and key performance indicators.

- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

- Promote continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, and process optimization.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety,



and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- More than 5 years of experience leading Engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.

- Advanced English proficiency.

- Experience with manufacturing processes, CNC equipment, and AutoCAD or equivalent design software.

- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and engineering tools such as SPC, FMEA, DOE, TPM, and JIT.

- Valid U.S. visa.

- Availability to travel.
