DESCRIPTION

- Provide support for technical leaders and the Manager in administrative processes.
- Provide support for internal processes.
- Agenda Management: Schedule and/or organize appointments and meetings.
- Communication and Reception: Handle the flow of emails.
- Document Administration: File, classify, and safeguard physical and digital documents, ensuring confidentiality.
- Operational Support: Draft certain reports, meeting minutes, and presentations,



as well as manage office supply inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor´s degree in industrial engineering or similar.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Advanced proficiency in word processors and spreadsheets for reports and presentations.
- Skilled in using cloud tools (OneDrive) and communication platforms.
- Efficient organization and planning of meetings using digital tools.
- Creation and maintenance of physical and digital filing systems.
- Fluent English.
- German desirable.
- 1 year contract.
