With a combined track record of more than 160 years across four continents and 22 production sites, RESRG's team of 10,000 skilled professionals manufactures the most modern exterior systems and components for the world's leading automotive manufacturers.RESRG Automotive is looking for you to join our team as Molding Process Engineer in Irapuato, Gto.Key Responsibilities:Design, implementation and compliance of the manufacturing processes of the molding area.Validate and evaluate molds (new or transferred) so that they have the necessary to be processed in RESRG Automotive Mexico.Is part of the mold design review team to detect and correct potential issues that may affect mold performance during mass production and service.Validation and monitoring of processes using scientific molding and complying with requirements of the customer.Generate Operating Instruction Documentation for Mold and ProductAlways run in compliance with customer requirements and quoted production levels.Define and implement automation systems for each product that include, but do not include,Monitor and control changes to the process as long as they are validated by measurements and/or product testing.Monitor the behavior of processes in production and correct any defects that may occur.Present that prevents the proper fulfillment of the product based on what was quoted.Responsible for scrapping, monitoring and follow-up with action plans, when applicable,
