We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Part - time Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is adecuado for someone with exceptional Excel skills and strong financial experience.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing customized financial models and spreadsheets, performing cost and revenue analysis, and providing actionable insights that improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex custom Excel spreadsheets and financial models.
- Analyze costs, revenue, profitability, and income trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Evaluate operational costs and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support pricing, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives through detailed financial analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support management and business decisions.




- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
- 2+ years of experience doing cost analysis for the Real Estate / Construction industry
- Advanced English Level both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas and functions, power Query, Macross, powe pivot, financial modeling, Dynamic Dashboards, etc.)
- BA in Accounting, Finance or similar.

What we offer:

- Base salary of $180 to $250 pesos per hour
- Part time position with expected 10-15 hours per week
