About the Opportunity

Great outbound campaigns rely on more than strong salespeople—they require organized systems, accurate data, and smooth operational execution behind the scenes.

As an Operations Associate / Administrative Assistant, you'll help coordinate the operational side of our client campaigns by preparing new accounts, supporting team onboarding, maintaining business systems, and ensuring campaigns are ready to launch successfully.

You'll collaborate closely with our Operations, Client Success, and Business Development teams while gaining hands-on experience with modern SaaS platforms, CRM systems, automation tools, and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Create user accounts and onboard new team members across platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot CRM, Coda, Nooks, and other internal systems.
- Assist with launching new client campaigns by configuring operational requirements before campaigns go live.




- Review campaign readiness by checking inboxes, dialers, prospect lists, workflows, and operational checklists.
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records, campaign information, and prospect databases.
- Coordinate Business Development Representative (BDR) assignments and operational tasks across multiple client accounts.
- Maintain and improve internal documentation, SOPs, templates, and knowledge resources.
- Work alongside the Operations and Client Success teams to resolve issues and improve campaign execution.
- Research, test, and implement AI tools, automations, and workflow improvements that increase team efficiency.

- Can effectively manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.

- Has a genuine interest in automation, AI, and operational excellence.

Work Schedule

- Full-time
- Fully remote
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (US)
- Must be available during US business hours
