Job Summary

Oversees manufacturing facilitY in Mexicali, driving strategic planning, P&L; management, and operational KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost). Lead plant operations, logistics, and supply chain, ensuring compliance with local regulations and enforcing continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma). The role requires strong leadership to manage union/employees’ relations and sites performance.

Job Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Leadership: Develops and executes manufacturing strategies to meet regional/global company goals and operations targets.

· Operational Excellence: Drives Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize production efficiency.

· Financial Performance: Holds full responsibility for P&L;, budget management, cost-effectiveness, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning.

· Supply Chain Operations: Oversees end-to-end materials, production planning, inventory accuracy, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted, on-time delivery.



Including the oversee of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and establishing strong collaboration with management teams.

· Compliance & Safety: Ensures strict adherence to environmental, safety (EHS), and quality regulations, fostering a culture of safety.

· People & Culture: Manage union negotiations and labor relations.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain and Sales teams to align manufacturing with demand forecasts.

· Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strategic relationships and integrate U.S. and Mexico business practices into a unified operational framework.
